We have had five great services at Full Gospel Lighthouse in Sweeny, Texas. The Lord has been moving in the altar and I believe the church has been encouraged. I know that our family has been blessed and encouraged each and every night.
We have been eating lunch with Pastor Lamb each day and we have enjoyed his fellowship as well. Thankfully I learned as a young man that there is something to learn from everybody and that is especially true of older experienced preachers. Bro. Lamb is 73 and has been pastoring this church since 1975 if I remember correctly. I guarantee you that I have been paying close attention this week.
I am posting this as we leave Sweeny Friday night. By the time most of you read this Saturday we will be well on our way to Pine Prairie, Louisiana. It is only about 300 miles but I would like to scoot across Houston at night rather than Saturday morning. The traffic should be better tonight.

Kelly Jo has a great Uncle that lives in this area. It was so good to see Red Morgan and to visit with him for a while one day. It has been many years since we have seen him.
