Today is Revival In Pictures day! I am happy to bring you pictures from the revival with our friends in Avenal. We love preaching for Pastor Doug Spencer and his folks every chance we get and we had a wonderful time with them this week. May God bless them for their kindness to us.
It past years of revival here, we have kept the bus parked at Riverdale and drove back and forth each night for revival. Therefore we have spent very little time in the city of Avenal. We wanted to change that this year so I asked Pastor Doug Spencer if I could park the bus in Avenal and he was fine with it.
I wanted to get out and walk up and down the streets of Avenal, but the rain kept me inside the car. I enjoyed driving around and "getting the lay of the land" in this beautifully situated city.
The rolling hills that surround Avenal shine like gold in the sun and also look awesome covered in the fog. The people here have treated us wonderfully and by God's grace, we will be back.
