As I mentioned Tuesday, the Bristow Camp Meeting has been broadcasting the services on Mixlr this week. We have been enjoying them very much. I have not been able to listen to all of them live, but I have been listening later and allowing the Word to soak into my heart. It has been good.
I told you yesterday that I filled in for Pastor Rogers Wednesday night. KJo snapped a picture while I was preaching.
We had quite a bit of rain this week, but we had a few brilliantly sunny moments and we enjoyed every one of them.
It was time to shuffle the BoggsMobile out of the barn for a few days and we took care of that Monday.
Thursday I spent most of the day trying to be ready to preach that night at Dryden Rd. I was already scheduled to preach Thursday when Bro. Rogers asked me to preach Wednesday. That means I preached two nights in a row, which I had not done in a few months.
My voice held up well. I have been singing a bit every day trying to build up strength. I hope my body handles it properly. I should know by how I feel later today.
Kelly Jo wanted you to see some of the band at Dryden Rd. We are blessed to have a bucket full of great musicians at our home church and we are thankful for them. It makes it easy to sing and worship.
