Throwback Thursday 1/23/25

 Hey Friends,

Thanks for stopping by to say hello. It is wonderful to have you visit us.

Today is Throwback Thursday. I have some pictures for you from when I was a wee little girl. They are not the best quality. Of course, we were using a 35mm camera back then. These prints are many years old now!

These were taken in the 1990s when we first visited the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our family visited this beautiful part of the country many times after this trip. 

Through the years, we have gained so many wonderful memories in this area. Not only did we collect memories, but we also made a lot of friends. Those friends are still near and dear to our hearts today.

I hope you enjoy a glimpse into the past when we were all a lot younger. See you tomorrow!

    Love your bloggs. We met u all for the 1st time at Parker Hill Holiness Church, Russellville, AR. It only a few weeks b4 your dad passed away. It was sad bc we had just met u and the revival was so uplifting. Even tho u guys were going thru it, your faith was still high. It's still being talked about. I just really hate it bc it was so shortlived. Your dad preached on "you might be wrong" & "they had no right to win, but they did anyway." And others. I recorded everyone I believe. I have been hanging on to those messages. The Lord used your family in a great way. I'm happy to see that u are moving fwd. May the Lord bless and keep u.

      Thanks for reading and commenting! We loved spending time with the people at Parker Hill! Those will always be great memories that we cherish! I am so glad the Lord strengthened you during that revival.

    You were soooo cute! Oh that smile! It still brightens your face and brighten our days! I know I say it a lot but it’s not just words, I mean it every time! I love the Davy Boggs family! You are all so very special to me, and your Dad will always have a “special “ place in my heart! It’s amazing that you find something to say every day, and you give us something to look forward to! ❤️❤️❤️
