A Note From Odie:
Happy Saturday to you friends. We have had a cold but grand week here in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The Lord moved greatly in each service at South Mission Holiness Church. The week flew by and I can not believe it is Saturday already. Youth Rally last night was awesome!
One day last week Dad mentioned on the blog that Mom and I might squeeze in some shopping. Well, we did get our retail therapy. The Tulsa area is one of our favorite areas to shop. They have so much to offer.
I tried to snap some pics along the way to document our fun. Sorry no giant taco heads to report this time but I did get some pictures along the way.
I love my mother she can make me laugh over the silliest things. I so enjoy spending quality time with her.
Faithful blog reader and friend, Tammy, text me last Friday from California. She asked if I was shopping, I said yes at Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa. Tammy is very familiar with Woodland Hills. So she quickly text back and said Oh you get to go to Dillards. I cracked up because at that very moment I was sitting in Dillards. I sent her this pic.
Of Course, every trip to the mall involves food.
This was my yummy Food. It was from the Japanese place in the food court. I believe it was Nori of Japan.
Mom opted for one of our shopping day favorites Chick-fil-A. Due to our diet I miss eating their amazing Waffle Fries.
Saturday afternoon we headed to Garden Ridge for a quick stop. About 1 hour and 30 minutes later we left the store.
I was waiting on her to pick out a rug for Dad. How did we shop before picture texting?
Seriously Garden Ridge is an awesome store. We probably could have spent 2 more hours looking at everything. I found some pretty pillow for my bed 50% off.
They have everything imaginable. I even found my knight in shining armor LOL!! He is still my faceless, nameless, lost loved one. But I know He is out there!
Well that is just a little bit of our fun along the way. I am glad we went shopping before the cold and snow set in. Most of this week I have only left hibernation for church. Then I retreated to the warmth of the BoggsMobile.
Have a wonderful weekend!!!
