Hey Friends,
This is Odie reporting in from Ohio. We have had a full and fun week once again. Life just keeps rolling and things are great.
I am absolutely loving my “beachless” beach cottage! I am so excited to show it off to my family and friends. Check out the post from Tuesday to see a glimpse of the decor. I am still awe stuck over this miracle from God. He has blessed me beyond measure!
I am anticipating a great week coming up now. We begin revival tomorrow at Anchor of Hope. We love Pastor E.J. Lamb and our friends at Anchor. The Lord always helps us there. I am looking for God there each service. Revival is scheduled for Sunday-Wednesday. You are invited to join us.
Today I wanted to share a story that cracks me up. We have to rewind to 2015 for the beginning of the story.
That summer my parents, grandparents and Uncle Steve and Aunt Karen went to Alaska. They brought me back several great souveniers that I still love now.
My Gran and Papaw purchased a T-shirt for me. When they arrived home the shirt was no where to be found. It was lost. They even moved to a new home last year and the shirt was not found.
We decided that the shirt was misplaced and did not survive the trip from Alaska to Ohio. We often laughed about the mystery of the missing shirt.

Recently my Gran was unpacking some shirts from a box. When she removed a bundle of shirts from the box, out fell my t-shirt.
The mystery was solved. When preparing to leave Alaska in 2015, they had packed my Papaw’s shirts with mine folded together in the suitcase to save space. When Gran unpacked, she put Papaw's shirts up for future use, forgetting that mine was in with his.
Fast forward to 2018 when I visited Alaska for myself. I was at the airport waiting to fly home from vacation and I received a text from Gran. It said I found your t-shirt. I laughed so hard!!!😂
I love the shirt! Thank you, Gran and Papaw for my souvenier. I love you both so much. This is a great memory to add to my collection! I will be laughing over this for years to come.
Have you ever lost any souvenirs?
