Today's Mile Marker has a whole pack of pictures so get your eyeballs ready!👀
As is often the case with our weekends, to take it all in, we need to go back a few days. I posted pictures from the week, including the wonderful service at Ellisville on Thursday. We need to begin at that point.
Thursday, the girls worked on laundry in town and then spent a few more hours window shopping and having fun. The day for me was pretty much a total do-nothing day, with one notable exception.
At 11:00, we met Bro. Kenny and Sis. (Mama) Joan, Bro. Andy and his son Blake at Front Porch in Hattiesburg. We loved the food and the time with our precious friends.
Friday morning it was time to get back to work. I worked in the trailer some and then KJo pulled the bus into position for me to do the work of the evangelist. Once that was taken care of, we drove to the Park in Richton, Mississippi.
Bro. Scott and Sis. Kim came to the park in the cool of the day and help us lay out and mark the stake line. The tent has been up so much here in the park, it only took a few minutes.
Then we hooked a truck to the tent trailer and pulled it into position.
A great crowd showed up from the church to put the tent up Saturday morning at 8:00. It was great and it was fun! We will have more pictures of the setup in a few days, but here are a couple to wet your whistle.
We have lots of tent pictures this week, of course.
The first night of tent revival felt so right. It was a hot day, but it was fine during service. The sun is going down as we begin each night so that should help some.
