The Weekend Dispatch 4/24/2023

Our weekend was wild and wooly and full of activity and brought a separated couple back together. Read on for exciting details from The Weekend Dispatch!

Friday brought me and the BoggsMobile closer to Central City, Kentucky and early Saturday morning found me finishing the trip. Bro. James Coon and Pastor Alan Harris met me at the church and rolled our sound equipment inside the church.

When that was finished, I parked the bus, hooked up the electricity, and visited with Bro. Alan a few minutes. Just before noon, he loaned me one of his cars and I drove about 40 minutes to spend a few hours with the Isaacs while they were prepping to sing at the Bluegrass Museum in Owensboro.

I enjoyed seeing them very much and look forward to seeing them for a full day and night in June! I could not stay for the concert because I had work to do of my own.

I began getting ready to set up our sound Saturday night when in walked KJo from Ohio. I neglected to take any pictures since my hands were busy hugging. It is so good to have her back on the bus where she belongs.

Kelly Jo had taken Odie home to attend the wedding of Odie's cousin Kayla Jo. Odie will have more pictures.

This is KJo with her great nephew, Mom, Dad, and sister.

Sunday was a great day of revival for us with Pastor Alan Harris and the Trinity Pentecostal Church near Central City. We love these folks and we love being here with them each year. I have a few pictures from Central City below, but first I have a few from Odie's Sunday at Dryden Rd.

Hopefully, we will be here in revival through Friday each night at 7:00. I know that God is going to visit us!

Thank you for visiting Mile Markers. See you tomorrow by God's grace.
