Beautiful Drive From Massachusetts to Vermont!

Thursday was dedicated to travel and I am very happy to report that all went well. Praise God!

There was no reason to break records getting up early Thursday morning, but there was no sense telling my brain that. While I was up, I fueled up the Jeep, picked up some oil and prepared the bus to ride.

We were pulled into the space backward at the campground so we could not reach the sewer connection. After the utilities were unhooked, KJo backed the bus out and pulled up to the main sewer dump for the campground.

After I had completed the work of the evangelist, KJo backed up the bus, we connected the Jeep and hit the road. The GPS predicted 249 miles and it was right on target. The traffic was heavy on I-495 around Boston, after that, it was clear sailing.

I-93 through New Hampshire into Vermont and I-91 north through Vermont are absolutely beautiful. At times it looks quite a bit like Kentucky which is familiar territory for us.

We stopped for a break and light lunch at the Vermont I-93 welcome center and then finished the last 60 miles. The last 12-14 miles from I-91 to Lowel is on slow going two lane road. It has some very steep climbs and took me about 40 minutes to drive. I always forget about those hills.

It was nice to pull into Lowel Bible Church again. Pastor David DiZazzo was there to greet us and help us get parked. It is a joy to be here and we are looking forward to three great services of revival!

Thank you for stopping in.
