Here are a few pictures from our two days at Hodgenville Pentecostal Church Homecoming Revival. We had a wonderful time.
Last night we were blessed to be in the service and to hear Bro. Randy Webb preach. God spoke to our hearts.
We are very thankful to Pastor David Webb, his family and his church for all their fine hospitality. God bless you all.
We are on our way to Ohio today. I hope you enjoy all of the pictures.

A Great Day!
Yesterday was a great day at Hodgenville Pentecostal Church. The Homecoming celebrated the 50 year anniversary for the church and folks came from all around to participate.
Were were honored and privileged to be a part of it and enjoyed ourselves very much. The food was great and was even better mixed with all the great folks to visit with.
The Homecoming service was good too. Pastor David Webb told some of the history of the church and honored the previous pastors and charter members.
The choir sang outstanding! God blessed and helped our family so much during their second song about being washed in the blood of Christ.
Thank God for the cleansing power of the blood of the Lamb of God! Before the service was over a woman came to the altar and found out first hand how it feels to be washed! It was awesome!
I never tire of watching men and women find Jesus Christ as their Lord and King. It is amazing the work He will do in our lives in a few moments if we surrender ourselves to Him!
Praise God! If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness! Hallelujah!
Folks that is a mouthful. God is faithful. God is just. God will forgive. God will cleanse. If we confess our sins.
All your sins can be gone in a moment. You can be washed clean and be set free from the bondage of sin and delivered from the penalty of sin. That is pretty awesome.
Well, anyway it was a great day and we appreciate Pastor Webb and his fine church for inviting us to be here for it.
We are staying for service tonight as well. We will be singing again and Bro. Randy Webb from Virginia will be preaching. We are really looking forward to hearing him.
I will try to post pictures tomorrow of our time here.

Red Lobster and Travel Day
Friday evening we met my parents and my brother Tommy, his wife Holly and son Jonas at Red Lobster. It is Endless Shrimp time again and the shrimp were delicious.
The whole meal was great. I mean what's not to like about 300 cheddar biscuits and 5 or 6 varieties of shrimp?
We laughed and had a great time and ate a bunch of shrimp. We spend so much time away from home and it is especially good when we can be together with family every chance we get.
Kelly Jo and I were back at the bus before dark so we washed the bugs off the front and some of the grime off of the wheels. It needed more but that's all we had time or energy for.
This morning Kelly Jo went to do laundry while I worked on some last minute bus and trailer projects. I have been tackling a project or two every day this week but still did not fit them all in.
We needed to wrap up as early as possible so we could hit the road for Hodgenville, Kentucky. We are singing and preaching the Homecoming service tomorrow.
This is our first service preaching for Pastor David Webb and his folks and we are excited to be here. Bro. Randy Webb is preaching Monday night and we plan to stay for that too.
After we parked the BoggsMobile and set up the PA system we went to a nice little local restaurant for supper.
The restaurant is the "Wrolen Pin" and it is owned and operated by folks in the church. The food and service were both great. I highly recommend it.
The BoggsMobile wanted to RUN on the way down here. This was the first time in several thousand miles that it was not pulling the tent trailer. I had to hold it back to keep it under the speed limit!
I would imagine the MPG was quite a bit better too! That always makes me smile.
God bless you all.

Installing Blue Ox Base Plate on 2006 Scion xB - aka The Green Machine
Thursday evening Dad and I installed the Blue Ox Base Plate on the Green Machine. The whole front fascia and bumper had to be removed. We took it slow and followed the directions (Most of the time) and everything went very well.
I appreciate my Dad for all of his help. We used his barn and mostly his tools. It is so nice to have all the tools available to do the job.
Remove the fascia.
Remove the metal bumper. The brackets that fasten the bumper onto the frame are still on in this picture but they were removed as well.
And it is finished with no extra pieces!
One of the previous owners had installed these screens over the honeycombed air intakes. I did not like them but I figured the originals were broken so the screens were put on to hide the mess.
The originals were in fine shape except for a missing corner piece on the lower section. I am sure I can order that section so I left the ugly screens off. I think it looks much better.
